WORKSHOP & EXHIBITION: “UNITY”

Photographer JULIE-CHRISTINE ADÉLAÏDE KRØVEL

Mid-June 2021, COLLECTIVE OSLO in collaboration with UKM (A platform for youth culture) and the architecture firm MMW, invited 7 young talents to participate in a 2-day workshop with CO collaborating artist JULIE-CHRISTINE ADÉLAÏDE KRØVEL and exhibited their work at the site of the Fhiltex building by the harbor in Oslo.

“Unity is oppositions standing together.”

We set out to grasp and promote the gaze of the youth on the force of inclusion bringing 7 young talents on a journey exploring both techniques and personal expressions. With JULIE-CHRISTINE ADÉLAÏDE KRØVEL as a guide and inspirator, representations of inclusion and what unities us were captured with enthusiasm. UNITY explores expressions of inclusion in areas of Oslo and expresses both collective positivism as well as portraying individuals and loneliness.
